As the Human Resources Manager, I run the Human Resources department.  What that entails is leading the Human Resources team, making sure Ro Health is taking great care of its employees and making sure that we are following our legal requirements and best practices.

I thoroughly enjoy the people I work with and the work culture that has developed at our company.  There is a lot of support and teamwork that goes into making this company run.

Reading, rock climbing, yoga and time with loved ones would be what tends to take up my free time with an occasional travel plan.
