With a business career spanning over 35 years, Kent has held various leadership positions including CEO, COO, CFO, Managing Director, board member, investment banker, venture capitalist, private investor and consultant. He has been directly involved in over 50 start-up and emerging growth companies and five public companies that combined raised in excess of $350 million in various forms of private and public equity and debt financings. He is skilled in all functional areas of business, including marketing, sales, operations, engineering, finance, administration and legal. Johnson was awarded his BA degree in accounting in 1968 from the University of Washington and his MBA degree from Seattle University in 1972.
